Classic & Old School > Johanna Lindsey's new book

I just bought Johanna Lindsey's latest book. She is one of the first romance authors I fell in love with. I think she still writes "old school" and I really appreciate that. Thoughts/comments?

I read one of Lindsey's new ones last week (The Devil Who Tamed Her), is was good, but not the Johanna Lindsey that I remember from the early 90's.

Johanna Lindsey is also one of my favorite authors...one of the first ones I read back in my college days. I do like her style, but have not read anything of hers recently.

I like the old way of writing too, and like you said, Tara I appreciate the tasteful way of creating a love scene. Sometimes I think new authors say too much in the scenes, and not let the reader's imagination take over a bit. There is something to be said about the erotic love scene being seen through velvet curtains.

She was the only author that could write a story that I could read entirely in one day!

Can anyone tell me some titles of some of her more recent stuff?

Thanks.

I Love Johanna Lindsay. But the devil who tamed her i couldn't get in to for some reason. may be because the heroine of the story is a spoiled mean brat that first was introduced in "The Heir". Causing problems with Duncan and sabrina. the 3ed in the series just came out in June called "A Rogue of my own". I bought it as soon as it came out. haven't read it yet but will soon. those are her most recent book's before the devil that tamed her was No Choice But Seduction. it's the last of the malory series, (I think and hope not). theres 9 books in that series. and i love them all. if you haven't read them try them out. you can get the order of the series at fantasticfiction.com
